"It was foretold that a white knight would enter the realm of Cassia County. And it came to pass as he rode in on a pale horse, Hell followed him."

I would like to dedicate this story to “His Lordship Blaine P. Cannon,” a malicious prosecutor who by his mastery of trickery maliciously prosecuted his way closer to the top. All hail His Lordship Judge Blaine P. Cannon. This exceedingly magnificent modern medieval tyrant has no discipline at all. It seems as though he will stop for nothing, guilty or not, after a victim has been snared. On or off the bench it is of certainty that Judge Cannon will do his best to perform dastardly deeds upon the public, we the people.
It is as though he dwells orgasmicly upon the fact that he alone has the power to darken ones world. What comes to mind upon thinking of this newly robed tyrant and his aberrant, depraved behavior can be summed up in one word.
dis·hon·est [dis-on-ist] adjective
1. not honest; disposed to lie, cheat, or steal; not worthy of trust or belief: a dishonest person.
2. proceeding from or exhibiting lack of honesty; fraudulent:
1. unscrupulous, knavish, deceitful, perfidious. See corrupt. 2. false.
His Lordship Judge Cannon would not be where he is today without being dishonest/corrupt. It’s as though that’s what it takes to be awarded State of Year Prosecutor or to become a Judge. I, as well as others, found it very appalling that Cannon was chosen for judge. In a way it is somewhat comical as to the fact I believe I may have helped get him the job. Although rumor was he had it already.
On August 17th, at the court house in Jerome, Idaho, interviews were held. Well, I made sure I was there to persecute Cannon. Signs, protesters, flyers all were highlighting the problem as to his corruption. Well, I think His Lordship Cannon owes me dinner. It’s as though the Magistrates Commission, who did the interviews, most likely being corrupt themselves, thought wow this guy is super corrupt he will fit right into our old boys club. Therefore, His lordship Cannon was heroically chosen. After appointment, magistrates serve 18-month probation. After which, they stand for retention election in the county in which they are seated.
“Malicious prosecutors make malicious Judges.”
As for you other candidates my advice to you would be to take some corruption 101 lessons from his lordship cannon, if you want to move up. Although, being honest, as I believe you to be I think either of you would have made the better choice for the good of the people.
While on the subject of Judges, what about his lordships ex? Princess Nicole G. Cannon? Her beauty as vague and intangible as that of a lily, allegedly a great party-goer, having affairs, drinking and driving. It all finally caught up with the fair lily princess, her little fling in Boise was a costly escapade. Last I heard she was trying to beat her D.U.I. with a technicality. Over 5 months of wasted court time and money. It would be interesting to see how much money Nicole’s D.U.I. has cost the taxpayers. She is even pushing for a jury trial, for a D.U.I. Abusing the system? Imagine that. I guess if a criminal can do it why can’t a Judge! I wonder how far does the apple fall from the tree? Allegedly, rumor has it that his lordship Cannon is somewhat of a party-goer himself. That around the same time, supposedly he may have been driving under the influence and wrecked his red pickup. Of course, it was all kept hush hush.
As of late, I was protesting down town one of my signs read “Malicious Prosecutors Make Malicious Judges” a gentleman asked, “Who is the Judge?” I said “Cannon”. The lady driver commented, “God help us!”
Without a doubt corruption has become a sickness of our society. As to that, I would like to leave you with this suitable quote.
“Our country is now taking so steady a course as to show by what road it will pass to destruction, to wit: by consolidation of power first, and then corruption, it’s necessary consequence” Thomas Jefferson
